Berries

Berries are not among the most popular summer fruits for nothing. They have hardly any calories and are rich in vitamins, minerals and plant substances. They offer many possibilities for consumption, are easy to digest and are among the oldest native fruits. The warm climate at Lake Constance allows the berries to ripen perfectly, which consumers can taste in the intense colouring of the flavour. From the multitude of berry varieties, we sell 650 tons of the following berry species and their special varieties every year:
