Braeburn
Braeburn is a bicoloured apple with creamy, yellow-white flesh and a wonderfully juicy, clean-breaking, crisp texture. At its best, Braeburn is one of the unequivocally high-quality apple varieties.
It has a balanced, rich, complex flavour with just enough “spice” to match the sweetness: tart and refreshing.
Braeburn is one of the “year-round apples” in German supermarkets and a deserved favourite. The Braeburn requires a fairly long growing season to achieve the highest eating quality and is best grown in warmer, temperate climates such as the Lake Constance region.
